Job summary

PwC Hong Kong seeks a Manager for Financial Due Diligence in Transaction Services to lead complex due diligence projects, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and deliver high-quality reports. The role involves coaching peers, managing engagement risk and supporting business development initiatives.

Requirements include 5+ years in due diligence, CPA or equivalent, Big Four background preferred, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience including due diligence and consulting.
• Prior financial due diligence experience is required.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Big Four background preferred.
• Excellent business sense and strategic thinking.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to associates, senior associates and managers.
• Independently lead execution of complex due diligence assignments with guidance from partners and other senior team members.
• Identify deal issues and provide suggestions to maximise client value.
• Project management and work closely with internal and external workstreams (e.g. tax and commercial due diligence teams).
• Preparation of high quality due diligence report and other deliverables.
• Manage engagement risk and potential client or engagement issues.
• Assist partners and directors in business development efforts; and
• Participate in training and recruitment activities.
