Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Private Bank Marketing Content Editor (Traditional Chinese) to lead the localization and adaptation of English materials for Chinese-speaking clients. You will oversee Traditional Chinese content across investments, products and solutions, wealth advisory and leadership communications in the Asia Marketing team.

You will review AI-generated drafts, refine Chinese messaging and coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals and submissions.

Qualifications

Excellent written Traditional Chinese and professional English proficiency.
Strong Chinese-language editorial judgment with financial services editing experience.
Proven ability to translate, edit and adapt content for Chinese-speaking audiences.
Practical experience using AI-assisted translation or content editing tools.
Experience collaborating with legal and compliance review teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in translation/linguistics/communications/marketing.

Responsibilities

Deliver Chinese-language content across marketing channels, aligning with business priorities.
Translate, edit, adapt and transcreate English materials into Traditional Chinese content.
Improve clarity, tone and readability while preserving financial meaning and branding.
Use firm-approved AI tools and apply human quality controls to translations.
Coordinate with content owners, legal, compliance and cross-border stakeholders for reviews.
Manage end-to-end content workflows including intake, timelines and approvals.
Maintain Chinese terminology glossaries and editorial style guides.
Review translations for accuracy and maintain quality-control records.
Oversee external vendors, briefing, feedback, timelines and costs.
