Job summary

Osmium Consulting Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a junior to mid-level Trading System Developer to participate in Securities, Bond and Fund related platforms. You will assist in liaising with business users, vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and gather user requirements into functional specs.

You will contribute to UAT, test planning, execution and defect management, and perform market research to identify business needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, IT or related field.
2 years of experience; brokerage background preferred.
Strong communicator with market awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Participate in Securities / Bond / Fund related Trading System Development
Assist in liaising with business users, vendors, and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
Assist in gathering and analysing user requirements into functional specifications
Assist in executing user acceptance testing including test planning, execution, and defect management
Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager
