Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a leader to build and guide the Quant & Risk Analytics function at a rapidly expanding CFD Trading platform. The successful applicant will leverage over a decade of experience in quantitative analytics, optimizing pricing and trading strategies, and enhancing overall market performance.

This role demands advanced skills in data analysis, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level, with fluency in English and Chinese being essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in quantitative analytics, trading risk, or quantitative research with proven leadership experience.
• Strong track record of shaping commercial and risk decisions through analytics and quantitative modelling.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following: retail FX/multi‑asset brokerage, market making/HFT, or derivatives risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and business leaders. Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of quantitative researchers and analysts.
• Optimize pricing, spreads, and customer lifetime value through data-driven experimentation.
• Enhance market-making performance through analytics.
• Own exposure monitoring, P&L attribution, and routing optimization.
• Develop analytical frameworks to detect fraud and suspicious trading activity.
