Hytech is seeking a Business Trading Manager to drive Trading Management across multiple brands in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will collaborate with Dealing, Quantitative Research, AF, Product and Data teams to optimize profitability, client performance, and trading effectiveness.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, risk analysis, client behavior reviews, and process improvements to establish standardized operating procedures and robust trading infrastructure across brands.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Trading, Trading Operations, Risk Management, or related financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading businesses, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of P&L management, client behavior analysis, and risk control.
• Superior analytical skills with ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to partner with brands to drive growth.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Brand P&L management: own and optimize P&L performance across brands.
• Analyze key metrics: revenue composition, client profitability, and risk exposure.
• Client & risk management: analyze trading behavior, P&L, costs, and risk performance.
• Conduct detailed reviews of key clients and high-value accounts and develop optimization strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Dealing, Quant Research, Anti-Fraud, Product, and Data teams.
• Coordinate initiatives to ensure effective execution of client, risk, and trading strategies at brand level.
• Process optimization: review cases and identify opportunities; establish SOPs and frameworks.
• Trading system & infrastructure: identify requirements and drive improvements with Product/Engineering.
