Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Trading, Trading Operations, Risk Management, or other relevant financial services functions.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, client behavior analysis, and risk control.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify business opportunities and drive continuous improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Brand P&L management across multiple brands and optimize performance.
• Analyze revenue, client profitability, and risk exposure to identify opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client trading behavior and trading costs to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Quantitative Research, AF, Product and Data teams.
• Establish SOPs and frameworks to drive operational excellence and better decision making.
