Job summary

Hytech seeks a Business Trading Manager to drive trading management across multiple brands, optimizing profitability and client trading performance through data-driven analysis and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Dealing, Quantitative Research, Anti-Fraud, Product, and Data teams to optimize P&L, client behavior, and risk controls, while establishing SOPs and scalable processes to enhance trading infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Trading, Trading Operations, Risk Management, or other relevant financial services functions.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, client behavior analysis, and risk control.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize P&L management across multiple brands.
• Analyze revenue composition, client profitability, and risk exposure.
• Analyze client trading behavior, client P&L, trading costs, and risk performance.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Quantitative Research, Anti-Fraud (AF), Product, and Data teams.
• Develop optimization strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and management frameworks to drive operational excellence.
• Identify business requirements and drive improvements to Trading, Risk, and Data infrastructure.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to strengthen system capabilities.
