Job summary

BAH Partners Limited is seeking an Operations Analyst in Hong Kong to support trading activities across multiple asset classes. You will manage front-to-back processes, resolve trade breaks, and collaborate with Investment and Technology teams to enhance workflows and automate processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hedge fund operations, strong Excel and analytical skills, and experience with equities and futures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hedge fund operations or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, settlements and reconciliations.
• Experience with equities and futures preferred.
• Excel and analytical skills required; Python or SQL is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
