OAC Group Limited, a well-established hedge fund, seeks a proactive Trade Support Analyst for its Middle Office.

You will design and optimize trade capture, confirmation and allocation, build automated reconciliations, and drive fixes across front-to-back systems, brokers and custodians. Strong Excel skills and buy-side experience are preferred; detailed, collaborative team player with a systems mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with FICC, Futures, Options, Bonds and/or SBL in post-trade work.
• Strong understanding of trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations and fixing breaks.
• Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with trading/portfolio systems is a plus.
• Willingness to contribute to tech/system enhancement initiatives and strong attention to detail.

Our client is a well-established buy-side hedge fund seeking a proactive and technically minded Trade Support Analyst to join their Middle Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational side of the trade lifecycle and driving system enhancements, automation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

Design, enhance and support trade capture, confirmation and allocation workflows across front-to-back systems

Build and improve automated daily reconciliations of trades, positions and cash across internal platforms, brokers, custodians and the fund administrator; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes for breaks

Develop and optimize trade settlement, failed-trade management, cash movement and payment processes for FICC, Futures, Options, Bonds or SBL

Automate and streamline corporate action and life-cycle event processing (option expiries, bond coupons, resets, amendments, etc.)

Act as the key systems liaison between traders/PMs, internal technology teams and external counterparties to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

Enhance and support collateral and margin workflows, including system integrations and exception handling

Lead the operational side of new product and counterparty onboarding, including system configuration, testing and process design

Identify process inefficiencies and deliver technology-driven improvements that reduce operational risk and manual effort

Maintain strong system controls, audit trails and documentation to support internal and external reviews

About you

Bachelor's degree in Computing, IT, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or similar

Strong preference for candidates from the buy-side (hedge fund or asset manager)

Hands-on experience with FICC, Futures, Options, Bonds, and/or SBL in post-trade work

Good understanding of trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and fixing breaks

Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of trading or portfolio systems is a plus

Basic understanding of system workflows and willingness to contribute to tech / system enhancement initiatives

Careful attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
