Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking a TradFi Operations professional to manage daily settlement, reconciliation and product issues, enabling faster response times and growth.

You will work with PMs, engineers, and regional teams, handle listings/delistings of tickers, assist customer service on TradFi issues, and produce regional performance reports.

The role requires 1–2 years in TradFi, strong communication, and bilingual English/Mandarin; a business or finance background is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of TradFi experience (brokerage, equities, derivatives, or similar).
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal, as the role involves lots of cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation for TradFi products.
• Investigate product issues end to end, working with PMs and engineers to find root causes and fixes.
• Manage listing and delisting of new tickers and stocks/funds.
• Work with Customer Service on TradFi user issues, escalations and feedback.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Clearing and regional teams on operational matters.
• Analyse market and product data, including regional performance, and prepare reports on request.
• Share recurring issues with VIP and Marketing teams.
