Job summary

Binance is seeking a Market Data Lead to build and lead the market data function for TradFi expansion. You will own strategy, sourcing, licensing, and integration of exchange and vendor data to support real-time feeds, references, and history.

Collaborating with product, engineering, legal, and finance globally, you will establish governance, manage vendor relationships, and shape data architecture to enable scalable trading platforms and compliant data usage.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of market data or trading-technology experience at a global online brokerage, exchange, fintech, or market data vendor.
• Deep knowledge of the market data ecosystem: licensing, entitlements, and audit/compliance.
• Experience integrating market data across TradFi asset classes and regions.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, engineering, legal, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the market data strategy and roadmap for the TradFi program.
• Lead sourcing, licensing, renewals, and overall data spend with vendors.
• Drive end-to-end data integration with engineering for onboarding and distribution.
• Build governance across the data lifecycle including entitlements and data-quality monitoring.
• Partner with product, legal, and compliance on licensing terms.
• Mentor a growing market data team and set operating cadence.
