Job summary

Bonhill Partners seeks a hands-on support engineer to deliver 1st/2nd line support to Front Office users including Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Traders and Business COO teams, ensuring quick resolution to maintain business continuity.

You will support Citadel’s equities-focused platform, covering position management, risk, research and P&L, and work with Front Office stakeholders to deliver enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st/2nd line support to Front Office users including Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Traders and Business COO teams, resolving issues quickly to maintain business continuity.
• Support Citadel’s equities-focused technology platform, covering position management, risk, research and P&L.
• Partner closely with Front Office stakeholders to understand business requirements and coordinate with technology teams to deliver new functionality and enhancements.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes and manual workflows, improving efficiency across both development and support teams.
• Support application releases through deployment, checkout and QA testing, as well as providing user training and assisting with application adoption.
• Perform start-of-day and intraday health checks, proactively monitor platform stability, and manage incidents through identification, escalation and remediation.
• Work alongside Operations and Back Office teams to resolve issues relating to security setup, trade booking, corporate actions, pricing breaks and bookkeeping.
• Act as a central point of contact between investment professionals and technology teams, ensuring clear communication, effective escalation and timely resolution of production issues.
