Job summary

Viatris in Hong Kong is seeking a Trade Associate to support trade marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all sales channels. You will work with Sales and Marketing to plan channel activities, manage joint promotions and oversee the production of promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in key account sales/trade marketing/retail sales management.
• Senior-level candidates may be considered for Senior Trade Associate.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties on joint promotion and material production.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing on daily trade promotion alignment across channels.
• Ensure Brand standards for channels are aligned (e.g. consistent use of brand key visuals).
• Develop Channel Activity Plan with effective utilization of resources and ROI.
• Share market intelligence and insights regularly with Sales & Marketing teams.
• Identify shopper insights and translate insights into channel opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence report, conduct sales analysis and promotion evaluation.
• Regular field visits for campaign execution and market insight.
• Ad-Hoc tasks as requested.

The Trade Associate is responsible for supporting trade marketing initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels. This role works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute channel activities, manage joint promotions, and oversee production of promotional materials.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with internal and external parties on joint promotion and material production to cater promotion needs
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Teams on daily basis and oversee trade promotion alignments across channels
• Ensure Brand standards for channels are aligned (e.g. consistent use of brand key visuals).
• Develop Channel Activity Plan with effective utilization of resources and strike for the best return.
• Share market intelligence together with insights regularly with Sales & Marketing teams.
• Identify shopper insights and translate insights into business opportunities of specific channels.
• Provide market intelligence report, conduct sales analysis and promotion evaluation
• Regular field visit for campaign execution and market insight.
• Ad-Hoc task as requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in key account sales/ trade marketing experience/ retail sales management.
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Trade Associate.
