Job summary

JPC TEXSON LTD is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive OEM/ODM hard toy projects from concept to mass production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and Shenzhen and act as the technical liaison for overseas customers.

The role requires 80–90% presence at the Shenzhen factory, with accommodation and meals provided if needed. Strong English and Mandarin communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in costing, engineering, R&D and project management in toys.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding and tooling design.
• Familiar with ASTM EN71 toy safety standards and regulatory processes.
• Proficient in English; able to communicate with overseas customers.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to work 80–90% of time at Shenzhen factory.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from concept to mass production.
• Review engineering docs, BOMs, EDMs and specs.
• Plan schedules and ensure smooth handover to production.
• Provide cost optimization, quality improvements, and efficiency guidance.
• Collaborate with overseas customers on design and manufacturing solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and KPIs.
• Ensure products meet international safety standards (ASTM EN71).
