Job summary

China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited invites a Senior Planning Manager specialized in Business Network and Support Network to lead the high-level design of the token lifecycle and coordinate architecture across generation, transmission, and application.

You will track token tech, validate pilots, and support major company projects while benchmarking against top providers to shape strategic goals and set evaluation standards for new tech and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in CS/AI/Big Data or related field.
3–5+ years in AI, cloud computing, or big data.
Familiarity with AI infrastructure architecture and LLMs.
Knowledge of tokenization, billing models, and ecosystem development.
Understanding end-to-end token lifecycle (generation, transmission, application).

Responsibilities

Design high-level architecture for full-stack token innovation and coordinate across the token lifecycle.
Track and research token technologies; validate and pilot new tech; support major projects.
Benchmark tokenization practices against leading providers to guide strategic goals.
Lead technical evaluation standards for new technologies and partner offerings in tokens.
