Job summary

First Digital is seeking a Token and Community Lead for the FDFI project within Finance District in Hong Kong. You will manage day-to-day token program operations, listings, treasury governance, and community engagement across major channels.

You will own crisis communications, represent holders publicly, and collaborate with the token committee to align community signals with strategic goals. Strong crypto experience and clear, credible messaging are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in token program management or crypto-native roles.
• Direct experience running a token program with listings and treasury operations.
• You are visible in the space with existing relationships to exchanges, market makers, KOLs, and the community.
• Strong written communication across long-form posts, governance writing, and transparency reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage TGE program, listings on CEX/DEX, and market-maker relationships.
• Administer vesting schedules and treasury operations; coordinate governance activities.
• Maintain monthly attestations, listings, unlocks, and treasury reports on schedule.
• Coordinate exchange listings with the Finance District Lead strategy.
