Job summary

First Digital's Finance District seeks a seasoned Token and Community Lead to manage FDFI token programs, listings, treasury ops, vesting, and governance while representing holders across channels.

You will coordinate with the token committee, maintain crisis discipline, build community through AMAs, content cadence, and ambassador programs, and partner with growth and ecosystem teams to scale the token business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in token program management or crypto-native roles.
• Direct experience running a token program — TGE, listings, market-maker relationships, treasury operations.
• Strong written communication: long-form posts, governance writing, transparency reports.

Responsibilities

• Run token program execution: listings, market-maker relationships, and governance.
• Own community across Discord, Telegram, X, and governance forum; set content cadence and run AMAs, town halls, threads.
• Publish transparency reports on treasury activity, proposals, and governance metrics.
• Coordinate with the Finance District Lead on strategy and crisis response.
