Job summary

Finance District Limited seeks a seasoned Token and Community Lead to own the FDFI token program and its community across channels. You will manage listings, market-maker relations, treasury operations, vesting, and governance while serving as the public face for FDFI holders.

You will work under direction of the FDFI token committee and collaborate with the Finance District Lead on strategic exchange relationships. Crisis discipline and transparent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in token program management, community leadership, or related crypto-native roles.
• Direct experience running a token program — TGE, listings, market-maker relationships, treasury operations.
• Crypto-native with existing exchanges, market makers, KOLs, and community relationships.
• Strong written communication — long-form on X, governance writing, transparency reports.
• Working knowledge of tokenomics, AMMs, on-chain governance, vesting and unlock mechanics, treasury management.
• Experience handling crises or controversy to stabilise situations.
• Comfort being a public face for a project — speaking, writing, AMAs, podcasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Token Generation Event (TGE) program and listing operations with exchanges and DEXs.
• Oversee vesting schedules, token unlocks, treasury operations, and governance coordination.
• Maintain regular cadence of tokens program activities— attestations, listings, unlocks, treasury reports.
• Coordinate exchange listings with the Finance District Lead's strategy.
