Job summary

First Digital in Hong Kong seeks a Token and Community Lead for Finance District to own the FDFI token program and the community across all channels. You will manage listings, market-maker relations, treasury operations, vesting, and governance while acting as the public face of FDFI for holders.

You will operate under direction from the FDFI token committee and collaborate with the Finance District Lead on strategic exchange listings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in token program management or crypto-native roles.
• Direct experience with token program execution, listings, and treasury operations.
• Strong written communication across long-form posts and governance reports.
• Experience handling crises or controversy in blockchain projects.
• Visible in crypto space with existing exchanges, market makers, and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Run token generation event (TGE) program management and listings.
• Administer vesting schedules, treasury operations, and governance processes.
• Maintain monthly attestations, listings, unlocks, and treasury reports.
• Own community across Discord, Telegram, X, and governance forum.
• Set content cadence: AMAs, town halls, threads, community calls.
• Build ambassador program and manage APAC, EU, and US KOL relationships.
• Draft governance content, manage proposal lifecycle, and publish transparency reports.
• Monitor sentiment across channels and coordinate crisis responses.
