Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a senior M&A banker to originate and lead cross-border advisory, capital raising and joint venture opportunities in the TMT sectors. You will manage senior client relationships with strategic corporates and financial sponsors, and prepare sector insights and pitch materials to support business development.

You will oversee end-to-end execution of mandates, including valuation, due diligence, negotiations and documentation, while coaching junior

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Significant investment banking or strategic advisory experience in the TMT sector.
• Proven track record in origination and execution of cross-border transactions.
• Strong senior client relationship skills with fluency in English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Originate M&A, strategic advisory, capital raising and JV opportunities in the TMT sectors.
• Maintain senior client relationships with strategic corporates and financial sponsors.
• Prepare sector insights, pitch materials, and client dialogue to support business development and transaction origination.
• Lead client engagement from early-stage opportunity identification through mandate award and transaction completion.
• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A advisory mandates, including valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, process design, negotiations and documentation.
• Coach junior team members and support their technical, execution and client-facing development.
