Job summary

NEAR ME SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable support professional to help prepare equipment and treatment rooms, liaise between clients, therapists, and other departments, and document client responses to treatment.

You will also perform basic prescribed treatments as instructed, clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, change linen, and handle administrative tasks including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Express.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a caring nature.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.
• Liaising between clients, therapists and other departments.
• Documenting client responses and updating client files.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments as instructed.
