Job summary

CAPITAL SPA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking spa professionals to provide high quality services across the guest journey. You will perform body massages, reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping, while maintaining cleanliness and stock. The role requires 5–6 days per week including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Strong guest communication and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience is not required; training will be provided to ensure professional and hygienic service in

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience.
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services.
• Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times.
• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required.
• Passionate and diligent at work.
• Willing to learn even with no experience
