Job summary

Qualifications

About the role

Spectrum Sourcing Hong Kong Limited is seeking a talented QC and Test Technician to join our team in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring the quality of our products and services. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve any technical issues.

What you'll be doing

Performing comprehensive testing and diagnostic procedures on a variety of electronic and mechanical systems

Analysing test results and providing detailed reports to identify and resolve technical problems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality

Maintaining detailed records of all testing activities and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed

Continuously seeking ways to optimise testing processes and implement new technologies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC or Test Technician or in a similar role within the Independent Distributor or Manufacturing

Strong technical skills and hands‑on experience with a variety of testing equipment and methodologies

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and other documentation

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
