Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing cycles, including functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT.
• Oversee the design, review, and execution of test cases to ensure full alignment with established standards.
• Track and report comprehensive test progress, defect metrics, and key quality indicators.
• Mentor and guide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality testing performance.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and conduct thorough root cause analysis.
• Drive the test automation strategy and promote adoption where applicable.
• Optimize the use of testing tools for test management, defect tracking, and automation.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement within all testing processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Assets & Ops regarding all testing-related matters.
• Communicate critical test status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support UAT activities and ensure seamless coordination with business users.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management and Testing/QA practices.
• Mastery of end-to-end testing lifecycles and Quality Assurance methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Proven leadership in managing large teams, mentoring SMEs, and coordinating effectively with business users.
• Expertise in automation strategies, defect triage, and industry-standard test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
• Exceptional proficiency in tracking defect metrics and delivering executive-level status and risk reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, serving as the primary point of contact for all testing-related matters.
• Extensive experience managing complex workstreams and delivery risks within large-scale program frameworks.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
