Job Description

• Manage a team of QA professionals (both in-house and contract resource) to perform testing of eCommerce websites and mobile app products
• Work with Business Analyst and Development team to define testing strategy for the products
• Define the testing standard and process to ensure our products are well tested before release to production

Job Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Computing Information System or equivalent
• 10 or more years working experience in QA for IT systems including eCommerce websites and mobile app, with at least 3 years’ experience in supervising junior QA staff
• Experienced in managing testing with frequent product release cycle
• Experienced in building automated testing is highly preferable
• Familiar with business knowledge and capable of understanding the company business operation process
• Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent time management skill and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team independently
• Able to lead the team to complete testing in tight schedule
• Good communication in English and Cantonese both written and spoken with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
