Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Manage customer requests related to products in mass production, ensuring clear communication and fulfillment.
• Monitor product quality performance continuously and prepare periodic review reports for management decision-making.
• Participate in quality reviews and presentations to address customer concerns and provide updates on quality status.
• Study production processes and implement improvements to enhance quality yield at each sample status stage.
