Job summary

Delken Group Limited is recruiting a Temporary Co-ordinator for a Banking Conduct department in Hong Kong. The role focuses on providing essential administrative support and coordinating meetings, conferences, and various ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications and 1+ year of relevant experience, with strong English and Chinese skills and proficiency in Putonghua as a bonus. Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language with HKCEE Level 2 / Grade E or above, or HKDSE Level 2 or equivalent.
• One year's relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Banking Conduct Department
• Provide support in organizing meetings and conferences
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• One year's relevant experience preferred
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
• Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
