Job summary

HKT, a leading Hong Kong telecom provider, seeks a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end network provisioning projects. You will validate orders, coordinate with enterprise clients, internal teams, and vendors, and manage milestones to avoid delays.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in project coordination, customer service delivery, or network service provisioning within a Telecom Service Provider, ISP, or SI.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager through the lifecycle of network provisioning projects from order validation to RFS.
• Coordinate with enterprise clients, internal engineering/operations teams, LLCs, and third‑party vendors.
• Monitor milestones and identify potential delays, implementing contingency plans to maintain SLAs.
• Prepare delivery schedules, site survey reports, project status updates, and sign‑off documentation using PDF and MS Office tools.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to streamline reporting and client communications.
• Handle multiple provisioning projects of varying complexity under pressure.
