Job summary

PURESOFTWARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive delivery across large-scale transformation programmes in Hong Kong.

You will set technical direction, establish engineering principles, and implement guardrails across multiple squads and vendor teams. You will review designs, estimates and approaches, resolve cross-team blockers, and ensure non-functional requirements, debt management, observability and operations are addressed while coaching leads and communicating

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to set direction and guardrails across squads and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Align application, integration, platform, data, cloud, security and DevOps decisions.
• Review complex technical designs, estimates and implementation approaches.
• Resolve cross-team blockers and arbitrate solution trade-offs.
• Ensure non-functional requirements, technical debt, observability and operational support are addressed.
• Coach technical leads and communicate risks and decisions to leadership.
