Job summary

PURESOFTWARE SDN. BHD. in Hong Kong is seeking a Founding Product & Market Discovery Lead for Education. You will translate objectives into an integrated delivery roadmap and release plan, and coordinate architects, analysts, engineers, testers, SMEs and vendors across the delivery lifecycle.

You will own delivery dependencies, technical actions, decisions, risks and issue resolution, ensuring requirements, design, build and testing remain aligned and traceable.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology delivery experience, including leadership of large integrated solutions and vendor teams.
• Translate programme objectives into an integrated solution delivery roadmap and release plan.
• Coordinate architects, analysts, engineers, testers, SMEs and vendors across the delivery lifecycle.
• Own delivery dependencies, technical actions, decisions, risks and issue resolution.
• Ensure requirements, design, build and testing remain aligned and traceable.
• Drive readiness reviews for environments, data, integration, testing, cutover and operational handover.
• Provide transparent delivery status and elevate material constraints with recommended options.
