Job summary

Swire Properties is seeking an Officer - Surveying in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. You will conduct market research, feasibility studies, support property management activities and assist in sales launch preparation, with involvement in ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in Surveying or related fields, fresh graduates are welcome, and you must have the right to work in Hong Kong. Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Urban Studies, Property Management or industry related disciplines or related fields from a recognised local or overseas university
• Degree accredited by HKIS General Practice Surveying Division are preferred
• Fresh graduates or recent graduates (with not more than 2 years’ work experience) are welcome
• Right to work in Hong Kong (IANG are welcomed)
• Passionate in property development and management in Hong Kong; experience in this area would be an asset
• Committed to become a qualified Surveyor
• Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written) in Chinese and English
