Job summary

ISS Facility Services Limited is seeking a Technical Officer – Repair & Maintenance (E&M / Electrical Engineering) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on supervising electrical repairs, coordinating with clients, and supporting daily site operations for maintenance projects.

You will prepare quotations, tenders, estimates and budgets, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 2-3 years of E&M experience and relevant qualifications are required, with REW certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with Client for electrical system repair, operation and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, estimates and budgets.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• 2-3 years of E&M / Electrical system repair and maintenance experience.
• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
• REW B or REW A holder with more experience considered.
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution System; LV switchboard is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client for electrical repair, operation and maintenance.
• Supervise technicians for daily operation and emergency repairs.
• Assist Facilities Manager with daily site operations.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, estimates and budgets for maintenance.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Coordinate with Client for electrical system repair, operation and maintenance
• Supervise technician for daily operation and attend emergency all repair works
• Support Facilities Manager on daily site operations
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work and projects
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Working experience 2- 3 years of E&M / Electrical System repair, operations and maintenance
• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Building Services Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
• REW B holder or REW A holder with more experience will also be considered
• Solid experience and knowledge in Electrical Distribution System, LV switchboard is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Knowledge on PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Exceptional report writing and being detail oriented is an advantage
