Job summary

ISS is seeking a senior facilities management leader to direct hard services across Tseung Kwan O and Tai Po, ensuring quality, compliance with SLAs and safety standards. You will oversee third‑party vendors and drive MEP maintenance while coordinating with clients and internal teams in a dynamic, large-scale facility environment.

You will lead energy and sustainability initiatives, coach staff, and deliver regular client reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering related disciplines.
• 10+ years relevant experience in Facilities Management, including 5+ years as FM hard services team leader for similar scale facilities.
• REW C(0) holder preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all hard services performed by the FM team comply with quality expectations.
• Lead the FM hard services team and oversee third‑party vendors in delivering facilities services, including MEP preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support the client in developing and implementing programs related to energy, sustainability, and workplace health and safety.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with the SLA / statutory requirements/ Ordinances and achieve the KPI targets.
• Act as the escalation point during emergencies and manage the emergency response process for facility‑related failures.
• Coach and arrange on-job or site-specific trainings to the team members.
• Support FM to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to the Client.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
