Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a skilled Building Services Engineering lead for chiller plant operations at Harbour City in Hong Kong. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, supervises frontline staff and contractors, and coordinates project progress with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of relevant site experience in E&M works and strong knowledge of engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works.
• Knowledge of engineering related computer software applications.
• Exposure to full-cycle engineering project management.
• Lead a team of Building Services Engineering staff.
• Building Services Engineering support to projects.

Responsibilities

• Chiller plant operations and maintenance at Harbour City.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for chiller plants.
• Supervise and monitor frontline staff and contractors.
• To monitor project progress and coordinate activities.
• To review engineering drawings, method statements, risk assessments.
