Job summary

Intertek Testing Services Hong Kong Limited is seeking a candidate for a Senior Technical Officer role to manage component sorting across toys, hardgoods, electronics and textiles, and to define regulatory and performance test requirements. The ideal candidate holds a science degree; fresh graduates and IANG applicants are welcome.

Strong English and Chinese communication, along with good interpersonal skills, are essential for daily collaboration and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Degree / HD in science-related discipline.
Fresh graduates & IANG considered.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Technical Officer.

Responsibilities

Handle component sorting for a wide range of consumer products (toys, hardgoods, electronics, textile).
Define regulatory and performance test requirements (Azo dye, ASTM, CPSIA, EN71-3, RoHS, etc.).
Handle dispatch of worksheets and labeled samples to relevant workgroups.
Communicate with internal staff to discuss technical issues.
