Job summary

Hang Yick Properties Management Limited is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee daily maintenance services, monitor progress, and handle tendering and quotations while ensuring high-quality facilities management.

Applicants should have a degree in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least four years of maintenance experience in property management; holder of the Electrical Worker registration is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management company.
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage

• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work etc.;
