Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a technically versatile Technical Engineer to support QA and Solution Architecture responsibilities on a learning technology project deployed at the customer site. You will work with operations, delivery, and customer teams to ensure quality, stability, and architectural integrity of the platform and its integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of QA engineering, solution architecture, or a blended technical role.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
Experience with enterprise digital platforms, cloud-based systems, or LMS deployments.
Demonstrated experience in solution design, integration architecture, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Coordinate system and UAT testing with customer stakeholders and end users.
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution using standard tools.
Validate enhancements, patches, and releases before production deployment.
Maintain QA documentation, artefacts, and quality metrics; drive testing process improvements.
