Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive a brand-new high-performance, scalable system in Hong Kong. You will lead a team of engineers, shape architecture, and define technical direction while integrating AI-powered capabilities across platforms.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical tasks, while staying hands-on as needed to unblock the team and ensure timely delivery of cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of JavaScript experience, particularly with Node.js and React.js.
• 2+ years of Tech Lead experience leading or guiding engineering teams.
• Hands-on coding experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to AI technologies, Generative AI, LLM integrations, or AI-enabled solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication skills to work with both tech and non-tech teams.

Tech Lead - NodeJS / AI

We’re partnering with a major company in Hong Kong that is launching a brand-new project, and they’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join their existing development team.

In this role, you will take the technical lead on building a new system from scratch, one that will need to support large amounts of traffic and deliver high performance. You’ll work closely with an established team of engineers while helping to shape the architecture, development approach, and overall technical direction of the project.

In addition, this role will play a key part in supporting the company’s AI initiatives , helping to evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into future products and platforms.
