Job summary

A fast-growing AI audio platform is looking for a highly technical support specialist to independently troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, integrations, and their broader platform. Fast-moving startup environment, minimal guidance, constant change. Independent contractor role - no benefits or health insurance.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years in technical customer support (SaaS / high-growth tech, B2B/enterprise preferred)


• Confident troubleshooting REST APIs, HTTP, auth, webhooks, and integration flows


• GCP tools and GCP Logs experience; SQL for log investigation


• Able to read and troubleshoot Python; JS/Node.js/React a plus


• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and audio technology


• Highly autonomous, fast learner, strong communicator


• Based in Hong Kong, remote

Compensation

$60K-$80K USD (stretch to $100K for exceptional candidates)
