Job summary

BIPO Service Global Limited is seeking an experienced Delivery Engineer to implement Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack projects, including site surveys, hardware deployment, software integration, testing and go‑live.

You will also oversee AIStack and MaaS-Opentrek deployment, prepare intelligent computing environments, and tune model parameters. Travel to client sites may be required as part of delivering robust cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Linux: commands, system administration, service configuration and log analysis.
• Experience with AI platforms deployment and operations (AIStack, MaaS-Opentrek).
• 2+ years in cloud delivery, system integration or O&M; exceptional candidates may have less.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP; know DNS, NTP, DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL installation, replication, backup and recovery.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to produce technical documentation.
• Good teamwork and customer-service mindset; willing to onsite and travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and implementation of Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack projects, including site surveys and go‑live.
• Delivery of AI product lines (AIStack, MaaS-Opentrek), including model deployment and tuning.
• Cloud platform capacity expansion, upgrades, migrations, and change implementation with standard docs.
• Troubleshooting during delivery; coordinate with teams to close issues and ensure quality.
• Provide on-site technical communication, progress reports, and handover notes.
• Support during handover to maintenance, monitoring and incident response to ensure stability.

負責阿里雲專有雲項目的交付實施，包括機房環境勘測、硬件設備與雲平台軟件的安裝部署、集成測試、切換上線與驗收交付。 Responsible for the delivery and implementation of Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack projects, including site survey of computer room environment, installation and deployment of hardware and cloud platform software, integration testing, cutover, go-live and acceptance delivery.

負責 AIStack、MaaS-Opentrek 等 AI 產品線的交付實施，包括智算環境準備、模型部署、推理服務上線與參數調優。 Responsible for delivery and implementation of AI product lines such as AIStack and MaaS-Opentrek, including intelligent computing environment preparation, model deployment, inference service launch and parameter tuning.

負責雲平台的擴容、升級、遷移與變更實施，按標準化交付流程執行，並輸出部署記錄、變更方案、驗收報告等交付文檔。 Responsible for cloud platform capacity expansion, upgrade, migration and change implementation in accordance with standard delivery processes, and produce deliverables including deployment records, change plans and acceptance reports.

負責交付期問題的排查與處理，聯動項目組與產品研發定位並閉環問題，保障交付進度與質量。 Responsible for troubleshooting and issue resolution during delivery, collaborating with project teams and R&D to identify and close issues, ensuring delivery timeline and quality.

參與客戶雲平台轉維期間的重保護航，包括監控巡檢、問題處理、變更實施與故障應急，保障平台穩定運行。 Participate in critical support during the handover to maintenance phase for customer cloud platforms, including monitoring inspection, issue handling, change execution and incident response to guarantee stable platform operation.

參與交付效率提升：沉澱部署腳本、工具與標準作業流程（SOP），推動交付動作自動化、可複用。 Participate in improving delivery efficiency: accumulate deployment scripts, tools and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and promote automation and reusability of delivery activities.

負責與客戶的技術交流、現場工作總結與定期匯報。 Responsible for technical communication with customers, on‑site work summaries and regular progress reports.

職位要求｜Job Requirements

學歷：本科，三年或以上相關經驗 Education: Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience

熟練掌握 Linux 系統：熟悉常用命令、系統管理、服務配置與日誌分析，能夠獨立排查和解決系統層問題；掌握 Shell/Python 等至少一種腳本語言。 Proficient in Linux: familiar with common commands, system administration, service configuration and log analysis, capable of independent troubleshooting of system‑level issues; skilled in at least one scripting language such as Shell or Python.

熟悉 AI 與大模型平台的部署與運維（如 AIStack、MaaS-Opentrek），具備模型部署、推理服務上線與參數調優（微調、超參優化）實踐經驗。 Familiar with deployment and operation of AI and LLM platforms (e.g. AIStack, MaaS-Opentrek), with hands‑on experience in model deployment, inference service launch and parameter tuning (fine‑tuning, hyperparameter optimization).

2 年以上雲平台交付、系統集成或運維工作經驗（能力突出者年限可適當放寬）。 Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud delivery, system integration or operation & maintenance; exceptional candidates may be considered with less experience.

熟悉 TCP/IP、HTTP 等網絡協議，能夠分析常見網絡問題；熟悉 DNS、NTP、DHCP 等常用服務的配置與排查。 Familiar with network protocols including TCP/IP and HTTP, able to diagnose common network issues; familiar with configuration and troubleshooting of DNS, NTP, DHCP and other common services.

熟悉主流數據庫（MySQL、PostgreSQL 等）的安裝部署與日常維護，了解主從複製、備份恢復機制。 Familiar with installation, deployment and routine maintenance of mainstream databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.), with understanding of master‑slave replication, backup and recovery mechanisms.

具備良好的邏輯思維與技術文檔編寫能力，能夠規範化輸出交付文檔。 Strong logical thinking and technical documentation skills, able to produce well‑standardized delivery documents.

具備良好的團隊協作與溝通能力，客戶服務意識強，能夠適應客戶現場駐場與項目出差。 Good teamwork and communication skills, strong customer service mindset, willing to work on‑site at customer premises and travel for projects.

加分項｜Preferred Qualifications

有阿里雲專有雲（Apsara Stack）交付或部署經驗者優先。 Prior experience in Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack delivery or deployment is preferred.

熟悉阿里雲 ECS、SLB、VPC、OSS、PolarDB 等產品，持有專有雲認證（ASA/ASP）或 ACP/ACE 證書者優先。 Familiar with Alibaba Cloud products including ECS, SLB, VPC, OSS and PolarDB; candidates holding Apsara Stack certifications (ASA/ASP) or ACP/ACE are preferred.

熟悉 Prometheus、Zabbix、ELK 等開源監控與日誌分析系統者優先。 Familiar with open‑source monitoring and log analysis systems such as Prometheus, Zabbix and ELK is preferred.

熟悉容器與 Kubernetes 原理及日常操作者優先。 Understanding of container and Kubernetes fundamentals with hands‑on operation experience is preferred.

具備英語基礎，能夠閱讀英文技術文檔、進行基本項目溝通者優先。 Basic English proficiency to read technical documents and conduct basic project communication is preferred.
