Job summary

Endeavour Search Ltd. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and business application ecosystems for an international NGO. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work and long-term career stability.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network and infrastructure engineering as well as business application support, including POS systems, with certifications such as CCNA/CISSP considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in network infrastructure and business application support.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Power Automate, SAP, POS, Property Management Systems, and AI is advantageous.
• Experience with firewall management, PAM, and EDR is desirable.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define system/solution architecture for business applications (components, databases, services, integrations).
• Design, operate, and maintain network and communication infrastructure.
• Install and configure IT devices (servers, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Provide day-to-day IT support including operations, performance, and system recovery.
• Monitor systems health, performance, batch processing, and support facilities 24/7.
• Design and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans; lead drills.
• Perform capacity planning and resource sizing based on workload projections.
• Provide after-hours and ad-hoc system support.
• Manage vendor services and ensure quality IT support for users.
