Job summary

TS Imagine, the world's leading provider of real-time trading, portfolio and risk management solutions for the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, forging strong relationships and helping them maximize the TS Imagine product suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Technical understanding of buyside workflows in the front office, with focus on Equities, Listed Derivatives and at least one of: fixed income, crypto, FX.
• Thorough and hands-on knowledge of order and execution management workflows.
• Understanding of financial markets products and electronic trading processes, regulation, risk and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the primary contact and understand their business strategies across all asset classes.
• Provide regular visits, calls and updates to the client to ensure they are adequately serviced and expectations are managed.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Deliver training and demonstrations on new product features and gather feedback.
• Liaise with other departments to deliver client requirements and provide release notes.
• Coordinate with brokers, dealers and venues to give client access to execution destinations.
• Prepare quarterly roadmap updates and document minutes and follow-ups in Salesforce.
