Job summary

Hoe Hin Pak Fah Yeow Mfy Ltd 和興白花油藥廠有限公司 is seeking a Technical & Product Executive in the Marketing Department to manage product technical support and lead product-related projects.

You will coordinate regulatory licences and certifications, develop knowledge of products and ingredients, and conduct market and competitor analyses. You will leverage AI tools to create reports and presentations and support marketing campaigns and brand development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chinese Medicine, Chemistry, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, GMP, ISO or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Knowledge of healthcare products, Chinese proprietary medicines, FMCG or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage product technical support and product-related projects.
• Coordinate applications, renewals and maintenance of GMP, ISO and other regulatory licences and certifications.
• Develop strong knowledge of company products, ingredients and technical information.
• Conduct product, market and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Leverage AI tools for market research, data analysis, reporting and presentation development.
• Support product positioning, marketing strategy and brand development.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and digital marketing initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and business partners.
• Support product training and sales initiatives.
