Job summary

OFFER & SAVE DEPARTMENT STORE is seeking a supervisor/managerial role to set performance goals aligned with the company’s vision and organize workflows for staff in Hong Kong. The position involves monitoring productivity, coaching employees, handling employee concerns, and maintaining accurate timekeeping and records.

You will also facilitate communication between management and staff and train new hires to build a competent workforce.

• Organize workflow to ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Receive employee complaints and resolve problems to maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for effective workforce management
• Facilitate communication by passing information between upper management and employees
• Train new employees to build a competent workforce
