Job summary

On is seeking a Store Manager in Hong Kong to lead daily store operations, inventory control, IT systems, customer flows and product training, while managing the store team and delivering an outstanding WOW experience for customers.

You will drive KPIs such as traffic, conversion and upsell, plan staff scheduling and recruitment, and coordinate learning programs with cross-functional partners to uphold On's brand and retail priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities included.
• Native Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluently.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational skills to anticipate store needs.
• Collaborative team player with hospitality and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations from inventory management to IT systems, customer flows and product training.
• Lead internal store teams and recruitment, scheduling and performance coaching.
• Drive delivery of key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate and top sales assortment.
• Conduct cross-functional meetings to align store priorities with brand goals.
• Proactively develop personal development plans with Store Lead and push continuous learning.
