Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Performance:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Assistant Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality wealth management services to Private Banking / Wealth Management clients and achieve business targets.
• Client Relationship Management:Oversee the daily maintenance and deepening of key client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and resolving complex client inquiries or escalations.
• Compliance & Risk Management:Monitor and ensure all onboarding processes, including Account Opening, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), strictly comply with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
• Transaction & Operations Oversight:Supervise and support the team in the seamless execution and transaction handling of investment products and insurance products.
• Process Improvement:Streamline daily operational workflows and client service procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction within the department.

Requirements:

• Education:University graduate in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience:Minimum of6 yearsof relevant experience in Banking or Financial Services (Private Banking / Wealth Management), withat least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Language Skills:Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (Fluency in communicate with cross-border clients/headquarters).
• Professional Qualifications:
  • Holder ofHKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8andIA IIQE Papers I, II & III.
  • CertifiedECF-RWM(Regulatory Wealth Management) orECF-PWM(Private Wealth Management) is highly preferred / a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Availability:Short notice period is an advantage.
