Job summary

Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co., Ltd is seeking a full-time Private Wealth Support Associate in Hong Kong. You will assist the Relationship Manager in servicing high net-worth clients, handle account openings, and support daily client relations and transactions for investment and insurance products.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Banking/Finance, 2 years in banking, and strong English/Chinese communication. Mandarin is a plus; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years' relevant experience in Banking/Financial services.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred.
• HKSI Licensing Papers 1, 7 & 8 and IA IIQE Papers I & III.
• Immediately available or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager in servicing High Net-Worth clients for Private Wealth Management.
• Handle account opening (KYC, CDD) and related onboarding tasks.
• Assist in daily maintenance of client relationships and queries.
• Support transactions of investment and insurance products.
• Manage daily client inquiries and related operational requirements.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Banking / Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Banking / Financial services industry;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is preferred);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Holder of HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IA IIQE Paper I & III;
• With ECF-RWM or ECF-PWM qualification will be an advantage;
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
