Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is looking for a seasoned banking professional to lead a team of Relationship Managers. The role involves managing corporate banking customers, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance to team members.

Applicants should possess a degree in Business Administration or Finance, have at least 8 years of banking experience with team leadership, and communicate fluently in English and Chinese. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of banking experience, including 3 years in a team leader role.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Holder of professional certificates under the ECF/QF is an advantage.

• Lead a team of RM and ARM

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to achieve assigned targets
• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients by providing professional financial solutions in areas of corporate lending and trade financing
• Keep good control on business, credit risk and ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines
• Groom the Relationship Managers and provide guidance and coaching to support the team and the business
• Enable team work and retain talent
• Participate in the origination/structuring of syndicated loans if necessary
• Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular credit review
• Customize financial solutions for working capital and other financial products required by corporate clients

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Min. 8 years or above of banking experience with at least 3 years of experience in a team leader role will be an advantage
• Good communication/interpersonal skills with fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese (Including Mandarin and Cantonese), self‑motivated and able to work under pressure
• Travelling is required
• Holder of professional certificate under the ECF/ QF/ issued by any industry institutes, professional bodies will be a definite advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
