Job summary

EY Hong Kong is seeking a Staff Consultant II in Technology & Transformation (Tax) to contribute to tax technology initiatives and operating model improvements. You will work with tax and technology professionals across ERP/EPM platforms, AI-enabled analytics, and automation to modernize tax functions and enable data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with strong academics.
• At least 1 year of experience in tax, consulting, accounting or related business functions.
• Genuine interest in technology and its application to transforming business and tax processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with client-service focus.
• Proactive, collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of client requirements and current-state processes.
• Contribute to design of future-state tax operating models and technology solutions.
• Analyze tax and finance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Help streamline and automate tax and finance processes using digital tech.
• Assist implementation of tax tech solutions and ERP/EPM integrations (Oracle, SAP).
• Maintain project plans, track milestones, and support delivery.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
