Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 1–3 years of experience in research, recruitment or related fields.
• Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and industry mapping.
• Proactively reach out to candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
• Support consultants in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Prepare research reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
• Assist in full recruitment cycle including outreach and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate and client databases with confidentiality.
• Contribute to business development by gathering market intelligence.
• Handle ad-hoc research and project support as required.
